-Fixed some duplications of center during route.
-Better CTAF accuracy. CTAF is now pulled from VATSIM AIP.
-Added a CTAF lookup tab. This looks up all frequencies when searching for an airport. Uses VATSIM AIP
-Expanded sectors. DEP/ARR, TWR, GND, DEL should now show (if online).
-Messages from ATC or SUP are delivered as Priority Notifications.
