Mast is local control for your Bose® SoundTouch® speakers, over your own Wi-Fi. No account, no subscription, and no server of ours in between.
Search internet radio stations and play them on your speaker. Keep six presets in the app, one tap each. Group speakers for multi-room. Mast's presets live on your phone; the speaker's own preset buttons are not changed.
If the official SoundTouch app could control your speaker at home, Mast should too: it needs firmware 27.x, and your phone and speaker on the same Wi-Fi.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR NETWORK
Mast talks to your speakers directly over your Wi-Fi. There is no Mast account and no Mast server. Station search uses the public radio-browser.info directory, and the speaker fetches each stream from the station itself.
WHAT MAST DOES NOT DO
- Set up a new speaker on Wi-Fi (the official SoundTouch app still does that)
- Change the preset buttons on the speaker itself
- Control speakers from outside your home network
- Play stations that only offer an HTTPS stream (a limit of the speaker's firmware)
