I am from India and i continued my service for about 15 days . Although its a great offering the difficulties i faced were lack of nearby servers and many apps not accepting many servers so always had to keep that changing. But overall its the perfect app for someone who wants to keep themselves protected from online spying. So when i requested for the cancellation of the service the reply was promt and immediately they issued me a refund and the refund was credited to me to my credit card account within 2 working days. Thank you to the Nord VPN team for these professional service .

I have been using it for nearly 5 6 months now. Paid service. Recently a new problem has started which is messing up my internet connection. It is automatically reconnecting multiple times. And it is stopping me from using the internet. I am having to manually open the app and it is showing connecting… This never used to happen. The setting i am using has been the same from day 1 and this problem never existed or happened once in 6 months. But recently for the last 2 weeks it is messing up my phone. I use an Apple device and it is not working. I tried tweaking the settings but the problem still persists. I am having to keep it disconnected now. I have paid quite some amount of money for the subscription. If this keeps on happening i will switch services and not renew Nord. This is not expected from Nord

I subscribe this vpn, so i can play Bgmi when i travel abroad, Right now I’m in India only and i tested this vpn and In Indian server i can open Bgmi, i asked customer support first AI was asking me by changing some settings then 1st person came and in middle his shift got over then 2nd person came and the worst part was they asked me to do changes in settings what already AI told 👏. And after 1 hr of stressful convo, no solution came up, on other hand they asking me only to delete the game and install again, where i can open game through free von its just not stable , thats why i go for paid vpns, which turned out more disappointing.Really disappointed to buy this one month subscription and there is no option of refund either, better i didnt buy 1 year plan, i was about to at start then i said lets try for 1 month if it works then will got for 1 year next time, and Im glad i didnt go for 1 month.

I purchased an annual plan through the App Store but the VPN connections are not good. I can’t use any of the streaming services or even Google apps using this. Even if it does connect to server successfully- the connection drops every 10-20 seconds and I need to manually keep selecting the server after every drop since it is unable to reconnect automatically.Also, please do not purchase the subscription via iTunes/App store since the 30 day refund policy doesn’t work in that case - you need to request for the refund through Apple Support and their website keeps automatically rejecting refund requests saying it’s not eligible for a refund. I have sent email to Apple for the same - I hope they process it. They should mention this policy on the App page - or have a better agreement with Apple to process refunds within the 30 day risk free trial that they advertise.
