Doesn’t really work between long trips like East Coast to Tokyo. Had me staying up over 40 hours straight with coffee in order to adjust. Grok does it better.I did contact customer service. A guy called Jacob said “stick with it”, “trust the algorithm”. “There’s a 6-hour window in the 40hour plan in which to take a 20min nap if you’re tired”.

Most of your first flight had an optional nap window of 6 hours should you be needing it, and half of your second flight had a nap scheduled. So I am a little confused about your message?
