ダウンロードしないほうがいいです。Developer replied to this review saying they can help if I send the screenshot of this review, so i did. but again! Nothing happened! Aside from this they once replied to me but they have no intention to hear what your problem is. They only reply scripted messages. No refunds. Whats the point of customer service, really?—————I’ve made some purchases accidentally so I’ve requested for a refund right after, however they do not reply to my emails. I have checked their cancellation and refund policies and my request matches their policies. I have emailed several times yet they do not respond - if it is not a scam what is it?This app should be banned from App store.

解約しても請求が止まりません。2025年5月28日解約済ってホームページで確認できたけど、3ヶ月後2025/8/30そのままでまた課金され続けました。同じような被害を受けている日本人ユーザーのレビューも複数あり、これは常習的なプラス酷い問題と思われます。日本のユーザーは絶対に利用しないでください！I’ve cancelled my subscription on 28th May 2025, but the app continued to charge me $40.8 on 30th Aug 2025 after 3 months.I have no choice to cancelled my credit card for avoid this happen again.I’ve seen several similar reviews from other Japanese users, which makes me believe this is a repeated and deliberate and horrible thing .I’m not sure if any other country has similar experiences with this kind of thing, but please be careful with this app before you start using it.

I payed double amount of fee because of having two account with same e-mail address, which is completely fault of the app fault.I told this and requested the refund to customer service, but they respond only how to stop subscription, which I already get the exactly same content when I asked the way to cancel, which is because I couldn’t log in at that time due to the web error.Terrible system and customers service!
