Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

I paid for premium in Feb2025, assuming I can get back my flashcards. However it turned out that the App no longer keeps flashcard feature any more... If you guys still have flashcard data offline somewhere, why don't you just make a new, more expensive premium plan so that we can get back our flashcards. I can pay you more if you want, as long as I can get back my flashcards.

Its a scam website

Chegg constantly asks me to verify I'm human. It opens one page, then asks me over and over for all other questions I look up. Absolutely ridiculous and is making the website unusable and useless. And they froze my account the next day, even though I use one computer and an iPad, saying that sharing an account with multiple people is a violation of the terms and conditions. Why pay for this if you can't even use the website?I wasted a month's worth of payment charges. I will never use this site again. It is a scam.
