Premium available by subscription includes: - Unlimited number of location alerts - Location history for all family members - Find family members faster with AR - Get automated SOS calls if they need help Subscription prices may vary by location. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your phone's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered), will be forfeited when the user purchases another subscription. FURTHER UPDATE & RESPOSE TO DEVELOPERS REPLYI have contacted you both by email and also through your app on numerous occasions. All I ever get from you is an automated reply.Nobody reads my messageI have now had to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued which takes 10 days and is the sole responsibility of you the developer.I have sent copies of the invoice that you gave me. I have also sent copies of my bank statement showing how much you overcharged me.On each and every occasion you have ignored my emails or my queries on your webpage.I repeat that all you seem to do send out an automated response. This is backed up by other people who make the same complaint.I will now publish on here the invoice you sent me plus the section from my bank statement showing you overcharging.I think it’s a disgrace that Apple allows you to advertise your application for download on its site.I have now found a way to communicate directly with them out with this app and will be doing so immediatelyI took out a short subscription for $4.99 for which I received an invoice by email. However, when I checked my card statement I was charged $41.77.I sent an email back asking to cancel my subscription and heard nothing .I don’t understand how they can charge me 10 times as much . Has anyone else suffered from this scam?UPDATE & WARNING I received an automated response to my emails . My complaint along with attachments was not read.It seems that the only way that you can get any resolution from this company is to take legal action against them, which is my intention from now .It is incredible that the company like this will allow itself to get into litigation for such a small amount of money .It is poor customer service not to reply to complaints and this is a warning to everyone to be wary of this company and companies offering the same type of service

Please note, that app and/or account deletion doesn’t automatically remove your paid subscription. To cancel your Apple subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription. If you purchased your subscription on our website, you can cancel it there as well. Simply log in to your account at Family Locator, go to Subscription Management, and select the subscription you'd like to cancel. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at help@family-locator.com , and our team will be happy to assist you with the cancellation and a refund for unexpected charges.

子供の行き先管理の為、課金なしで暫く使ってました。そこそこ使えるので、一回プレミアムを使ってみようと思い、お試しとして1年間有効のタイプ(3000円)を購入。しかし、購入してもプレミアムの機能は使えず。本体再起動等を繰り返したが駄目。購入自体が失敗していると思い、永年タイプ(9800円)を購入。その後は問題なくプレミアム機能が使えるようになりました。が、後から来たAppleからの請求は3000円と9800円の二重請求。Appleへ問題報告したが、返金不可とのコメント。課金させといて、機能は使えないってどういう事だ？

I’m very disappointed with this app. I was charged even though I never used the service. Worst of all, the Cancel Subscription button they mention doesn’t even exist, so I couldn’t stop it myself.This is completely unfair, and they refused to refund my money despite me not using the app at all. I’ve seen many other users experiencing the same issue. Be careful before subscribing!
