Be careful with the 7-day free trial.I emailed them before the trial ended to cancel my subscription, but they never responded. Because of that, I was charged for an extra month. The worst part is that the only way to cancel is through a specific email they send with the link “Change Payment Method.” That email is sent right before you’re charged, so if you miss it, you’ll automatically be billed for another month. This cancellation process feels intentionally difficult. don’t rely on customer support to respond in time.Good luck.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I signed up for the free trial, but when I tried to cancel before the trial ended, I could not find any cancellation option. I contacted support on July 2 to request cancellation, but my subscription was not canceled and I was still charged ¥8,443.A free trial should have a clear and accessible cancellation process. I hope Skywork AI improves this system and properly helps users who are trying to cancel before being charged.
