A week ago everything was fine. As of 2026/02/15 whenever I launch a song, it is stuck on a never ending loading spiral. This is on Apple TV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated and so on. The worst thing is that when you try to contact support you are led through a series of websites until finally you are not allowed to actually email support instead you can only search for an answer. I’ll give it a day but seems like I have wasted my money. Shame on UBISOFT. A company with absolute terrible support. Don’t purchase any of their games if you may need support as it is nonexistent.Edit: I finally found out that if you tap the 👎 at the bottom of the help page, you can finally contact support directly. After 48 hours they were able to fix the problem. It should be easier to do directly from the game with one click of a button, though as it seems like something that could happen again. It is bothersome to type out the DCID.
