"습관이 바뀌면 삶이 바뀝니다! HabitMinder는 미니 앱, 세션 화면 등의 유용한 도구들을 통해 건강한 습관 형성과 책임 있는 수행을 돕는 앱입니다. 예를 들어, HabitMinder는 호흡 연습을 하거나 짧은 명상을 하도록 미리 알림을 보냅니다. 또한 수분 섭취 상황을 추적할 수 있고, 운동하거나 헬스장에 가도록 격려할 수도 있습니다.
이 앱은 쉽게 시작할 수 있도록 50개가 넘는 건전한 습관이 미리 정의되어 있습니다. 습관을 이행할 시간이 되면 미리 알림을 통해 통지를 보냅니다.
HabitMinder가 왜 필요할까요? 이 앱은 예를 들면 다음과 같은 건강한 습관의 형성과 유지를 도울 수 있습니다.
• 걷기 – 가장 자연스럽고 환상적인 운동. HabitMinder의 도움을 받아 하루 만보를 달성해보세요. 변화를 느끼게 될 겁니다.
• 수분 섭취 – 적정한 수분 유지는 건강을 위한 가장 좋은 습관 중 하나입니다. 물은 근육의 75%, 피의 83%, 두뇌의 90%를 구성하므로 잘못된 선택일 수가 없습니다. 양호한 수분 섭취는 건강한 피부를 만들고, 두뇌를 강하게 하며, 체중 감소에 도움이 됩니다.
• 호흡/명상 – 호흡 연습과 명상을 통해 스트레스와 긴장을 해소하세요. 육체적 건강에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 집중력과 기분도 개선합니다.
• 운동 – 체격을 유지하고 체중을 감소하며 육체적, 정신적으로 건강하려면 운동을 해야 합니다. HabitMinder가 대신 운동을 해드릴 수는 없지만, 일정을 지키도록 도와드릴 겁니다.
• 스트레칭 – 스트레칭은 건강을 유지하는 데 핵심적인 활동입니다. 또한 긴장을 푸는 데도 도움이 되므로 하루 일과의 일부가 되어야 합니다.
• 서 있기 – 하루 중 얼마나 많은 시간을 앉아서 시간을 보내는지 아시면 놀라실 겁니다. 자주 규칙적으로 서 있는, 간단한 습관 하나만 들여도 집중력이 향상되고 더 활기가 생기며 육체적인 건강이 개선됩니다.

Optional auto-renewing yearly Premium Subscription is available to be purchased via the Settings menu -> Upgrade To Premium. Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account after confirmation. Subscription automatically renewed unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes Account’s Settings after purchasing. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. To manage your subscription, navigate to the Settings menu and tap "Manage Purchases".
NOTE: HabitMinder reads data for some habits from Apple Health app. No data is being sent outside of your device. Health app access required.

더 보기 이면서 심플하고 너무 좋습니다.바로 pro질렀고 간만에 제일 후회없는 유로앱인 것 같습니다. 다만 지금까지 기록해왔던 history를 동기화하거나 백업 가능한 기능이 추가돼서 후에 폰을 초기화 하더라도 다시금 이전 기록들까지 합산해서 볼 수 있도록 해주셨으면 합니다~!

아무리 봐도 개별로 알림 시간을 설정할 수 있는 기능이 없어 보이는데요. 타 앱에는 다 있는 기능이기도 한데요. 나중에라도 계획이 있는지 궁금하네요. 있다면 바로 프리미엄 버전으로 사용할 수 있을 거 같은데요.그리고 건의 사항으로 개별 습관에 타이머 기능이라고 해야 할까요. 길게 누르거나 어떤 방법으로든 지정된 시간에만 알림이 오는 것이 아니라 예를 들어 물 먹기는 식사 후 30분에 하겠다 해서 설정할 수 있으면 좋을 거 같아서요. 시간이 크게 달라지지는 않겠지만 조금의 차이가 있을 수 있으니까요. 항상 그런 기능까지 있으면 참 좋겠다라고 생각했거든요.
