Hello, It seems that the issue is occurring because you may not have a mail account set up on your device. Please use the following: 1. Open your device Settings app 2. Tap on 'Mail'3. Under 'Accounts', please add one of your email addresses. If there is an address listed, please tap on it and turn on the 'Mail' option. 4. If you have uninstalled the default iOS mail app, please reinstall it and set up your default address. Once that is done, you should be good to go! I’ve paid for a subscription, but the app asks me to buy it again for a higher price, before the current subscription has expired. Why?
