The Galaxy Watch application connects Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3 to your mobile device. Install the Galaxy Watch application on your mobile device, then pair your Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.
* Compatibility
- Galaxy Watch is not compatible with iPad and iPod touch
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Watch application are only available when Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch is connected to your mobile device. Le daría 5 estrellas pero falta variedad de carátulas y el reloj no contesta whatsapps ni se sincroniza bien con Samsung Health

Dear user, we are sorry you had to face so much trouble. Unfortunately, the reply to message function is not available in the iOS version of this app currently. Please try the following steps to resolve the sync issue with Samsung Health:1. Close Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch app from the background and restart Bluetooth connection after 10-20 seconds2. Start the Galaxy Watch app first and wait till the battery and other status show up on the top. Let it run in the background 3. Turn on the Samsung Health app for synchronization. 4. Go to your phone’s Settings and scroll down to apps. Toggle on Background App Refresh for both Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch.We appreciate your understanding.Kindly let us know how it goes. Dear user, it is really unfortunate to hear that. Please let us know your Watch and phone model. Did you connect the Watch via Bluetooth before connecting it through the app? If so, please try the following:1. Disconnect the Bluetooth from iPhone settings, reset your Watch 2. Try again to establish connection through the app by following the steps in this video:https://youtu.be/ztnBbl_ebCY(Galaxy Watch Active 2: Connecting with iPhone 11).Though you may have a different model of Watch and phone, the process is still similar.Do not establish connection with Bluetooth before connecting the Watch through the app. Thank you.

En México ya no hay cambio de horario, tengo siempre una hora de mas en el reloj intenté de todo y no me deja actualizar la hora desde la app ni desde el reloj, por favor denle mantenimiento a su aplicación
