I have been using flo for like a few years now and I have influenced a lot of my other friends to use. For me, I only use the app to see when my upcoming period dates are but recently due to some error it stopped updating my predictions. I’m not sure why this is happening as I’m pretty sure it does not require premium for this basic feature. I do recommend this app however this problem is a drawback, I’m not sure if it’s just my account or is it because they do not provide this basic feature anymore if we don’t have premium

Too pushy about premium

I started using this app since 2019, back then they would encourage people to pay but they never limit any features, the features are half half, half is for non-premium and half is for premium, so they have some features to enjoy, like chatting and some potential reasons to mood swings, body changes etc. however, i am so frustrated now that I literally cant even click anything, only tracking cycles, and when I’m late i’d like to know why i’m late, but i’d need to pay to see the potential reasons, why are you so money hungry? This was a great app, i even paid for premium back now when i had the choice but now i feel forced to pay. Please consider allowing at least some features for the non-premium members, thank you 😔

This app has a lot of potential but keeps forcing me to pay

I can only use it to track my period which not entirely accurate but other than that I have received an overwhelming amount of pop up asking me to pay to use other features. Can't a woman just use this app to understand herself better? I understand at one point we need to pay but to limit users to only use 1 out of 10 features for free and overwhelming them for paying is kinda ridiculous. Stop baiting people with cool features then tell them that they have to pay for it to happened. Please decrease the amount of features that we need to pay and stop baiting them on some basic stuff on the app just for them to know that they cannot use them and have to pay for it

i have tried contacting the team but to no avail. have subscibed to flo since last Dec when I found out that I am pregnant and have been enjoying the reads and videos on flo regardig pregnancy. i have changed phone recently and when I logged in, it no longer recognise my premium status and requires me to make payment again. pls assist
