This app is very helpful and very easy to use... no doubt that this app is the best period tracker. But I would suggest the developers make private diary physician that we can be able to communicate some of our issues with... the answers don’t have to come in immediately maybe two days max.... also make something like a question and answer platform where someone can n ask a question and anyone interested can answer... “like how can breast size be reduced naturally” different women would give their answers and definitely different solutions.... life will be so much better with flo when this is put in place

Adding more symptoms

Flo is incredibly reliable and user-friendly. I’ve been using it for a while, and I really appreciate how accurate it tends to be when predicting my cycle and symptoms. It’s helped me understand my body better and anticipate shifts in my mood, energy, and physical health.That said, I do wish the symptom tracker was more comprehensive. There are some things I experience—like restlessness or foot swelling—that aren’t currently listed. I remember foot swelling used to be an option, but it’s no longer there, and I’d really like to see it brought back. Everyone’s body responds differently to hormonal changes, so a wider range of symptoms would make the app even more inclusive and useful.Still, it’s one of the best apps out there for cycle tracking. Just a few tweaks would take it from great to exceptional.

App is fine but…

The predictions are quite accurate, Lots of helpful content but I have an issue with secret chats, especially in respect of religion. I see a lot of people making fun of Christianity and the Christian faith - one even saying “The Bible gave me religious trauma” and getting likes yet they go uncensored and unpunished while Christians themselves get banned and censored for defending the themselves and their faith - me included. I’ve seen others report of this. Is this a kind of discrimination? I thought this app was supposed to be a safe space. If a guideline is going to be against preaching, there should also be a guideline against Christian persecution. I haven’t seen anyone of any other faith getting insulted or persecuted on a period app except the Christians. I’d like for something to be done about this.

I stopped using your app in 2023 and my life has been so much better.There is too much sexual content, that go beyond “sexual education” for health purposes. Teaching women how to arouse themselves, etc.All I want to do is track my period so I don’t miss it. As someone who has struggled to stay off sexual activities, your app is an enabler. And it is especially unhealthy as children below 18 use the application (which displaying sexual content to people who are not of consenting age is defined as “grooming”).I would read an article teaching me about the parts of the v*gina, because it is linked to medical information on how to take care of my body and health concerns to look out for.But an article on how to touch my v*gina is NOT NECESSARY!! Everything on the App is liken to soft p*rn.Especially when young, vulnerable teenagers and kids are using the App!!I want to start tracking my period again. But your App would definitely NOT be first considering because I value my sexual purity over knowing when next my period would come. And no, your benefits of “tracking my symptoms” can be found in other Apps, and I can visit health practitioners periodically to get checked, so there is no benefit that there is no alternative for. STOP GROOMING and BAITING people.
