1.Translation of Chats:I suggest adding automatic chat translation so players who speak different languages can communicate better and enjoy smoother gameplay.2.Hackers & Fair Play:Hackers are becoming more frequent in matches. I urge you to create a fair environment for all players. I recently matched with one — none of us had kills, yet we won four rounds. He was using double snipers and literally performing magic 😅.3.Graphics & Gun Design:Please improve the gun designs and overall environment. The guns look a bit like toys 😅. Increasing the graphics quality and realism would really enhance the gameplay experience.4.Overpowered Characters (Dimitri & Orion):I honestly hope characters like Dimitri and Orion are removed. Sonya alone is already enough. It’s frustrating to knock down three opponents, only for one with Sonya and Dimitri to revive everyone — it ruins the balance 😅.5.New Character Concepts:In place of those, please introduce characters with realistic survival skills instead of magical powers.6.Gloo Wall Capacity (CS Rank):Kindly increase the Gloo Wall capacity to at least four for CS rank — you can increase the cost too though for a more competitive game but we’d know it’s achievable at least.7.Game Modes:Please bring back Lone Wolf – Headshot Mode. That mode was unique and fun!8.Airdrops:The airdrops feel useless lately. Imagine an airdrop worth about $5.14 containing just one character I could’ve bought with FF coins and 100 diamonds (worth about $1.06). It’s not worth it, honestly.That’s all for now, I hope my suggestions are considered for a well balanced game play.
Improper deduction of ranked stars and constant losing matches in CS

Hello, please it is highly annoying and dissatisfactory how you judge and punish someone by deducting star and honor score due to AFK violation, you should know when a network is unstable AFK happens most of the times, I as a player recently I’ve been experiencing a bad network of which yourself is aware because you do notify me by saying “unstable network detected” or sometimes you notify by saying “high ping detected” yet if someone plays and then got disconnected due to poor network you’d still go ahead and accused someone of “Intentionally losing” that’s very bad of you. Secondly, in the report section there should be included how a player won’t die despite receiving a huge amount of damage, for example there’s a player I encountered despite shooting him with sniper and MP5III which dealt a total damage of 365 yet he didn’t die and still got me eliminated. And lastly, please it’s also very annoying how someone loses constantly, I got deranked from 117 stars to 106 losing a 15 streak matches in a day. I’m deleting the game soon if no remedy is done about that and I’d also go on about telling people how bad the game is.

My account has been suspended for 2 good times now when I don’t use hack or even know how to use hack My account has been refreshed my cs rank bronze ,br bronze when I know am in heroric. I have also been banned from teaming up with friends or squad Please you guy should take note and do something about it . Kado7T4H please you guy should do something about the account and bring my rank back to it normal position and even when it was reset I played from bronze to platinum so you guys should also add my stars too . Because this unnecessary banned or suspension of account when the person doesn’t use hack make people lose interest in the game and please do something about my account . Kado7T4HI don’t normally team up with any hacker at time I get in a game in be a team with them
