Not exactly sure how you attend to queries but I’ve sent multiple queries via the support and not 1 has been attended too. Show the poor infrastructure out in place.I paid for a year subscription and I noticed recently my number deleted from the app and the subscription changed. I overlooked it and paid for another subscription, this time it’s asking me to choose a new number and pay for a weekly subscription ..

I wasted a full hour on this app after having paid for the subscription. And yet I couldn’t find a single number that wasn’t already being used. This is working hours for me right now and in my profession one hour costs A LOT of money and this app has made me waste an one hour feeling bitter all the while because I’ve paid for this. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but I thought I needed to do so for this one. If you can’t do something about this, at least stop collecting money before your customers can even get a number. I’ve thought about requesting a refund but that’ll probably waste another hour

Lost My Number After Trial Expired — No Way to Recover It

I purchased a phone number through this service and was given a free trial period. When the trial expired, I expected either to be automatically charged or at least given a reasonable opportunity to continue my subscription and retain the number.Instead, the number was removed from my account and released without warning. When I contacted customer support, I was told there was nothing they could do to restore or reassign the number back to me.Losing a phone number can be a significant issue, especially if it has already been shared with contacts, customers, or linked to important accounts. The lack of a recovery process or any flexibility from support was extremely disappointing.My experience left me feeling that customer retention and account continuity are not priorities. I would advise anyone considering this service to carefully review how phone numbers are handled after a trial period ends, as you may permanently lose your number with no option to recover it.Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service.
