Asides from the fact that the app is extremely easy to understand, I have been EASILY fasting for a couple of months now and I have seen great changes !The app guides you through the hours fasting, when to break the fast and allI use the free version and I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 ! Best decision everrrI plan to continue this for a year, then higher from that. I can’t wait to get to my body goal using this app which is a great input in my body goal. Thank youuu

From the look and feel to the extra information dissemination and overall structure, it does a crazy impressive job at all these aspects.The execution is crazy and it actually helps me consistently meet my goals!Update: the custom plans, can we make it so we can set a custom time limit and still get the info? 18, 22, 24… you dig?

Hi, thanks for your recognition. You can not set a fasting duration for the Custom plan on the Fasting page currently in order to give users maximum flexibility. You can manually end fasting at any time as needed.You can try the weekly plan on the Explore page and click "✏️ Edit" next to Details to customize your fasting time and save it. The app will automatically enter the fasting/eating period according to your settings, without manually tapping the button.If you still have questions, please describe them in detail via "Me -> Settings -> Feedback" within the app. We will provide you with targeted explanations.
