The app is still not able to turn the photo of a T-shirt upload to a short video of a model wearing it , yet that’s what was illustrated that it was going to do. This is in digital fashion column. It just put some parts of the shirt from the image in the illustrated work to my original T-shirt . I decided to edit this review. I understand you are improving your product. For the part I complained about, I will see if there is a way to share it with you internally. Thank you.

Terrible Results, Poor Responses

As a pro user, I enjoyed the app at first and would use it almost daily because the results were great, though with errors every now and then. But it was near perfect for an AI model. Starting from the 26th of March, the output was great in the morning and suddenly flopped completely from that afternoon. Ever since then, the quality of results are so obviously AI and poorly generated. The outputs are exactly like the ‘Free Generation’ feature, which is a lower quality output than what I typically get. The app has become so slow and support is not helpful. When I complain with full details of the issue I’m dealing with, I get a robotic response that completely ignores the details I provided. On that 26th, I had a generation that kept loading for two days until it finally cancelled on the 28th. One thing that puts me off the most is inconsistency. It was good in the beginning but just couldn’t stay that way. I have kept checking daily to see if a bug has been fixed or something, but the outputs remain really bad. I’m disappointed.

If you’re not satisfied with the chatbot response, you can select the option that your issue wasn’t resolved to be connected to a support agent. Please also share your recent results in the in-app support chat so the team can review what’s happening and help address the quality drop. Free generations are intentionally lower quality compared to paid ones, but what you’re describing shouldn’t feel like a downgrade in your usual experience, so we’d really like to investigate this with you.
