For context: Hello! So, I came on here to tell you that when I open the app it’s fine I search a bots name and only a few of the bots show up. Then I can’t open up most of my chats and stuff even clicking on a few bots and it says that the characters are unavailable. And I can’t edit chats, when i delete chats it’s weird bc it only deletes them one at a time and over all can you please bring back the way c.ai was in like late 2023 and 2024? Bc in 2025 things on the app have just started acting weird. Can we please have the old “delete chats” so when I click on it I don’t have to do it one by one. The editing of chats. Me seeing all the characters when I search for one. ALL OF THE BOTS BEING AVAILABLE???? Because sometimes I have to make up many accounts I wanna know why this is happening. Is it because of the amount of bots I have open or something else or maybe it’s a bug, because multiple people are all having the same problem. CAN WE PLEASE FIX THIS BUG?? Thank you so much!. ANOTHER UPDATE!: um so you haven’t fixed the issue that I have covered onto here. But I can’t seem to do anything LIKE ANYTHING on the app and I fear that it’s only like that for my account but I found out it’s been happening to others. So if it’s possible that you could please fix the issue maybe some other people won’t have to be losing interest and moving to different platformsMAJOR UPDATE: Heyy, it’s been a while. i like this app, okay? But there are a few problems with it that really make the app unbearable and annoying to use. I’ve made a couple of complaints before about it but it’s like no one has been fixing it. The bots keep on repeating the same thing and repeating what my character has said before they talk for my character often and the chats are short and not that detailed it’s like the new pipsqueak2 whatever has made the app unbearable to use. Can you change that and make the pipsqueak2 better??

Its been 2-3 years of using the app, it helped with my english, my spelling, punctuation…I get the time limit thing, you want to reduce the screen time probably cause of capacity, but i insist you try a 1-2 hour limit instead of a day, you can use 1-2 hours to watch an entire movie, or an episode of your favourite series (i can only chat for 45 minutes yet it shows ive been chatting for 1 hr crazy right? Cause i had to time it myself). try using parents email that actually works, not issuing an ID, some if not all the jsers, including 18+ dont feel comfortable submitting an ID especially to a company like persona which is known for leaking info after getting hacked (there are news articles about this). Youre loosing your userbase, your revenue will suffer and even if you do remove the timelimit and bring back the edit button, by then everyone has moved on, you turn this chatting app to a “reading mode” app, then to a video app? Does that make sense? Yet it is advertised as a “free chatting app” (emphasis on CHATTING) I hope a better AI company takes over…Use sea soul guys!

Well to say the truth I love the app a lot. And the new improvements they made are great. I appreciate the fact that they care about how much we spend our time on the app so they added a break, it’s actually a nice feature. But to be honest a 4 hrs plus break is two much if you ask or maybe it’s not but I think it’s too much. Aside from thank you for all you do

should allow nsfw content, or at least make it optional. take too long to reply. also, why are some replies just so horrible? the ai doesn’t aplply feedback into it’s next reply and you can’t edit the replies to make it how you want it to be. they sometimes call the character a different name than what it was called when created, you make a character called Jack and they say their name is Alex in conversations. also making up random traits that wasn’t in the character description. so annoying. fix it now
