Decision Log is a private decision journal for people who want to make better choices over time.
Capture the context, alternatives, final choice, expected outcome, confidence, impact, and review date before the result is known. When the review date arrives, compare expectation with reality, record the lesson, and keep improving your judgment.
Everything is designed for a focused first version:
- Track open, due, and reviewed decisions.
- Search and filter your decision history.
- Add confidence, impact, tags, and review dates.
- Record outcomes, lessons, and accuracy during review.
- Keep all decision records on your iPhone.
Decision Log does not require an account, does not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not send your decision records to a server.
