Refunding

Out of all of the apps i use for editing i found Video Star to match the style of editing i preferred, it has great effects and quality but after 5 years of using it my account has been disabled. I requested a refund which i didn't know was against their policy but in the moment i needed the money because i was poor at that time, my subscriptions had automatically gone out and i waited a few months for my account to get reactivated but nothing happened. i sent a message about 3 hours ago hoping i could get it back. i renewed my subscription off my iCloud but when i went back to the app it told me i had to repurchase it, then when i tried to buy it again off the app it said “This account has been disabled for excessive refunding” I hope you can adjust this policy because sometimes subscriptions can go out at desperate times.

why i give it a 4 star rating

i have paid for a few packages and they all work really nice. they help me produce clean and smooth edits BUT i do think you should have more variety when it comes to FREE editing tools such as 1) adding a feature where you can adjust the original audio of a certain clip to have the original clip audio play in the final product and 2) a text option where you can FREELY move and PLACE the text wherever you would like. again i really love this app but many apps i have tried have offered the things i want and are FREE. so if you could take this up for consideration that would be amazing. thank you and have a nice day :)

Edit completely gone

Hello, I was working on a project and everything was working great as always until I pressed merge. I pressed it but it said that it couldn’t merge due to an unknown problem. I didn’t think much of it though. I did the usual and clicked multiple times but it still didn’t work. I also clicked on other things and they didn’t work aswell. I then thought that I should reset my phone. Which I did about 3 times. When I went back into my edit it was completely gone. The sound was there but the actual edit itself wasn’t there. There was just a black and white flash. Idk what’s going but I hope u can fix this asap! Thank you!😅

Don’t complain about paying

When you get on this app, you will realise why you have to pay, you need to stop complaining. I’d be great if it was free, but it makes TOTAL sense why you need to pay. It is an amazing editing app that is probably one of the best editing app on iosand people expect it to be free? Tbh at first I was sad it wasn’t free, but you need to realise that this app is amazing and they decide to make you have to pay, and they were right! This app was meant for editing music videos so technically for adults that they expected to have at least a few dollars in their bank so I’m not surprised now that I have been using this app.
