Have been using this app for a long time and the app itself works brilliantly. Would give it 5 stars, except that it never give me any points for completing things and so i’m still stuck as a newbie with zero points, no matter what i do. Also when changing your moovit character there’s no option to select New Zealand in the character list, so please can you add New Zealand as an option.
Not always accurate

Annoyingly unreliable at times. I cannot rely on the app to be accurate time wise so have had to install the AT Journey Planner as well. I have the Premium version ( paid for) and I hope the accuracy improves before my annual subscription is due for renewal. Love the Live function when it is working though. I dislike that I have to go to Restore Purchases on my phone if I happen to look at the free version on my iPad. I should be able to use both without ads seeing as I have paid for it. This needs improvement

Am using the App for Rome transport options and it’s been fantastic / map option, accurate timings and info, alerts b4 the bus arrives, online ‘tracking’ of your journey (stop by stop!), alerts to tell you two stops b4 need to get off and again just before the stop itself. A lot of the buses here go on same routes so once I worked out could ‘change’ the bus# I was on in the App (it gives you this option) it was perfect. Highly recommend.
Great global coverage

I live in Christchurch NZ, and even though we only really have bus routes and a meh web app, this app still gives great coverage, which so many other apps don’t do while still doing a great job because they only focus on major cities. All I can say is if you live in a smaller city with more basic transit options this app can still help you, and so I highly recommend.
Know how accurate the arrival times presented in the app are, using a 3-colour Arrival Time Accuracy guide:
Green: Arrival time is accurate.
Yellow: Arrival time is fairly accurate.
Red: Arrival time may not be accurate.
Users will also be able to see if their line is out of route, indicated by a red mark with an exclamation point.
Users will be able to check the accuracy level of their next arrival times from any screen in the app.
