Just started the game today. Easy to navigate & has a rather user-friendly interface. Simple & clean, functions well & haven’t had any expierence of lag or problems as of yet. Characters & Artstyle are nice, haven’t had much expoerence with characters but this have have been great. Animation of the game runs pretty smooth as well, nothing blocky or stiff. Love the story so far, love how easy it is to progress when putting in a bit of effort & trying to finish tasks & level up.Overrall great game, everything is nice & runs smoothly, great way to pass time & all that.

Game is cute aside from some weird tropes but the issue comes in when any amount of money is involved. I was forced to move server due to technical issues (with their advice) and i requested a refund for purchases made on that server considering it was due to their issue. I keep playing on the new server and suddenly i get a notification that my account is banned due to outstanding refunds. They literally lock you out until you pay the refund back even though they approved it? Sketchy thing is this refund is not through any service related to the game so your money is basically sent into the void if you pay this and theres no getting it back.I obviously dont pay the refund and send in my request to customer support with all the details and screenshots, wait 4 whole days no response, so im forced to just refund everything and I will be uninstalling.

the games great and i enjoy playing it and all but sometimes the game with just close itself and i'll have to retry a couple times to get back in and it's the only app that does that with my phone so im not sure where the issue lies

Very enjoyable and addictive game, but there is a bug with the ‘Roaming’ function. Every-time I tap on it, all the options disappear and it’s just the background, or there is a blank family in station blocking the entire screen.
