Have been using this app and software (on Mac) for 3 months now and I find it amazing. Typically I use it when downloading however also works to access other countries Netflix database. Use their chat service on the website and they are always fast and helpful.Would 100% recommend this to others
Please fix the issue for China

I bought subscription but it just doesn’t work at all in China. I made sure the version is updated and everything but it just doesn’t connect. Even when it does, the internet doesn’t work. I send for help but it says I need gmail. Which is kind of stupid because I can’t access the gmail in China without a working vpn. Please fix this issue. Also don’t reply with the link for the customer support saying I can use alternative gmail because I can’t use gmail at all right now. The problem is the app itself right now. So I hope the developers will fix this for next update.

Doesn’t work well in China

Regardless of the server/country you connect to within China it’s starts off okay for a few days. Then each day it takes longer and longer to connect and then no longer connects. Despite this the support team were apologetic and tried to help but no avail as the firewall in China is strong. Requested a refund and within 2 weeks it was processed and back into my account. Was pleased with customer support team however not so much with the app itself.

Variable performance

Good app but found it was slow and didn’t always connect when travelling through Australia and didn’t connect at all in China. The China experience was with hotel wifi so that could ha e been the problem.I do like the way it automatically turns on when connecting to wifi to prevent that initial burst.Did find some leakage as I could communicate with other devices on the same subnet by addressing them with their IP address.Overall I will keep using it.
