hi! i enjoy this app very much. i play it with my friends and also random strangers. the only bad thing about this app is that sometimes it lags or freezes and i can't play properly anymore. it's taking away all the fun :-( i even recommended it to my friends but when we started playing the app was acting up and we couldn't continue the game anymore. i felt embarrassed recommending the app to my friends. i hope u can fix it so i can play with my friends without any complications esp now that im stuck at home and i can't go out. I LOVE PLATO pls i beg of u fix this or im going crazy being stuck at home. if u successfully fixed this, i will share it to my fellow filipinos so they will finally be saved from tiktok. good bye

Your Moderators are all stupid and all of you developer team. You made this app more boring and even more stupid now cause of how you run with it. That FEAR doesn’t even deserve to be a moderator or a leader. CANT BE A DEVELOPER either cause HE IS NOT THAT SMART. This app before was good this past years but now, what happened? Why are you having leaders that don’t even know how to lead? Now all of you don’t deserve to run this app. In addition, you guys don’t even fix those bugs and it’s freezing and lagging all the time. And not fair when giving scores, the heck is wrong with all of you? Items becoming more uglier every season. Rude and toxic people everywhere, so I won’t recommend this trash app 🚮

Many users on this app are rude and use offensive language!!! and some even behave inappropriately as if it were a dating or hookup platform, which it clearly is not. This makes the environment uncomfortable and unsafe. On top of that, there is no proper customer service or support when issues happen. The app also lags a lot, making gameplay frustrating and sometimes unplayable. Overall, it feels unmoderated, messy, and poorly managed, and it needs serious improvements before it can be enjoyable!!!!!
