I hope you would add security features that block user from taking screenshot both IOS and Andriod, especially when you offer your writers an exclusive contract. They sell those screenshots on facebook or share it for free without you knowing.There are also good potential stories you don't grant a promotion too. Just because they dont have a lot of reads, it's already awful. Actually, those stories you keep on promoting is too cliché and already nasty. If you care for your writers, give them a reason to stay.

I needed more coins to open a chapter of a novel. A task that required me to read for 15 minutes would give me my needed coins. So I randomly read another novel. I returned to the task page. I got the coins for performing the task. But the rest of my coins disappeared making me unable to further read the novel that I was keen on finishing. What happened? This is frustrating.Today, this happened again. Got enough coins to open a chapter but the chapter didn’t open but most of my coins were gone. I tried opening their site but I couldn’t find a section for customer complaints. What is the email ad for customer complaints so I can have my coins back?

Hi! I was very interested in some of the stories I read a few chapters of and decided to finally download the app and read one of them, bought coins to access the chapters, too. However, I would just like to ask if these stories are being proofread and checked BEFORE they are actually published? There are so many errors on spelling, grammar, sentence construction, etc. Don’t get me wrong; the stories are good and the plot is interesting (I actually really like the one I’m currently reading) but all these errors are making me think I wasted my money for nothing. I’ve had to reconstruct some sentences and words just so the scene is better perceived but kudos to the writer for a good story. I just hope something can be done about this.Furthermore, why does it cost so much just to unlock ONE chapter?

Before knowing Dreame, I really love to read books. I carry a book with me wherever I go. Now with Dreame, I can read different books. It is my escape from the outside world. Though be it Fictional, It brings different emotion for what story you are reading. We all have our personal struggles and reading makes me forget even for a while. Also, reading is relaxing for me..
