Holiday Event Shop Stuck

I've been playing this game since the beginning of this year and I really like playing it, but the shop that's supposed to sell things that'll help us in the event is stuck and everytime it refreshes none of the bought things are replaced by new ones. I love this game and I hope y'all can fix the bugs in this event.

From what i know and experienced playing this game. I know the higher level your item is, the lesser time you have to wait for it to reproduce. It saves me my hourglass for more important usage like, it is a very big help when you have unlimited energy. But now, with the new update. It is taking too looooooooong to wait. It cost me my hourglass and don’t wanna waste my available unlimited energy for it is not worth it. Even on the regular energy. For example, all your task items are from cabinet but it takes 3hours just to be ready again. You can watch ad to less 30mins, like yeah, as if it helps. Even if it became ready, just few taps, you have to wait again for another 3hours. Sarcastically it saves energy ant time cause you’ll not be playing again. The long wait will eat up your limited time of “unlimited energy” too. Hope they thought about it much before making this update. My joy playing this game slowly fades for too much waiting. Players will lose their patient or forgot about the game existence because of too much waiting. Unlike before that you can play longer. If this doesn’t change, i might look for something else worthy to play. I also notice rewards being given are rarely now after the update. Before if it asks you or your task is a higher level item or a max item, you surely know it will have a reward in the end like a chest, hourglass, etc. It make sense before because max item requires a lot of energy and time. So meh! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Even the chat support said it was already fixed but it’s still worst. 😩

Love Everything (Except the Waiting)

I love the gameplay so much. My big issue is the waiting. It cuts my time in solving the puzzle and instead I’m left there constantly having to wait. For things to refill or for energy to fill up. It doesn’t make the game more interesting, it doesn’t make me wanting more, it’s not new or unique, and it makes me less engaged. And for that reason, this 5-star game is really just a 2-star game. I’ll probably move on to better ways to entertain myself that does not make its core mechanic waiting. Which is sad, because I like the story, the art, the gameplay, the idea that the game is a puzzle inventory management game, but the waiting kills it so much.

Makes you really impatient and makes the game boring.
