I thought I was the only one having problems in canceling my subscription, but reading the other reviews and many have also experienced it. The “Manage Subscription” button on the app only directs you to a website that shows qr codes to download the app again. The “Contact Us” button is not functioning. There’s also no option in the App Store to cancel my subscription. It was so sketchy, almost seems like they are trapping you into continuing your subscription and no turning back. The scanner features are also not clear and so hard to use.

Its very useless. I tried using the scanner its just one page to transfer it into word but it doesn’t work well. I payed 10 pesos for that so i have to connect my bank which is my Gcash and after that I never use it again and deleted the app then yesterday they automatically deducted my bank for 899 pesos and I sent them an email but until now I haven’t receive my refund even 50% refund.

I even checked and I thought it would only charge me 29 pesos then 499 on the succeeding week and I could cancel before that, and in order for me to use it I have to approve the download that said 499 and it would only charge me 499 after a week. I am leaving this review as well, if you refund me I will take it down.
