Nice game but there is glitch or error in the game

I really like the game, I’ve already unlocked several maps. I am already at the medieval part however, the game said that I have to unlock the gate as my mission. I’ve already entered the gate and went inside the mansion. I tried click the levers for the gate however it would’t let me accomplish the mission given. Is it because we are only allowed to access up until the medieval part or there is a glitch in the game? I’m all done with all the missions possible inside the mansion and yet there was not reward given.

I’ve been waiting for the update for weeks now. So upon seeing the update being available I immediately updated it already. Upon opening after the update I realized all my progress was gone. Level went back to 0 from 21. Coins went back to zero from 400k+. My energy won’t even load back up after I finished it. The only thing that remained were the buildings I purchased. But the rest was ALL GONE. :<<Take Note: “Save Progress” wasn’t available before the update was an option so I wasn’t able to save my progress along the way. This is very sad. Over a month’s worth of past time play has been deleted. HI PLS FIX THIS :((

I have been playing this game for a while now. For a while its been great leveling up but I don’t understand why it keeps going back to the Start of the game. It takes your progress back to 0%. It really takes some effort to clean the place up then when you get back to the game even if I have saved my game… I go back to fogs everywhere and jelly like I didn’t already cleaned and arranged my place up. This happened twice already, I’m getting irritated how much this happens. Even tho I really like this game… it just doesn’t add up to why this happens. Please fix this.
