Grindr is having problems already, big problems. My account was banned because I violeted their terms and conditions like I don't remember violating their rules and plus, I even submitted a ban appeal to be able to recover my account but it says that they can't recover my account to ensure the safety and protection of other users. I did not even do anything?!?! So I've decided to create a new account using my Google Account but it still says that my account is banned even though I'm creating a new account. I also tried creating a new account on my other devices but still it says Registration Failed, which means I still can't create a new account. Grindr, What is happening? I can't even access your Grindr Web because it's on maintenance?!?! How many days have you been doing your Maintanance?!?! I would recommend, that you fix this issues as soon as possible. Please...

Inconsistent Online/Offline Status Needs Improvement

Sometimes a profile shows offline in the Nearby section but online in Messages at the same time. It’s frustrating because it’s hard to tell if someone is actually active or not. The app doesn’t always refresh statuses consistently, which makes the experience feel less reliable. I hope future updates make online status more accurate and synchronized across all parts of the app. Otherwise, it's a great platform for meeting new people!
Disappointed with Grindr's Account Ban and Customer Support

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Grindr application. Despite following all of their community guidelines and being an active user, my account was inexplicably banned. Even after reaching out to their customer support for assistance, I received no satisfactory resolution.When I provided the necessary information to verify my account and dispute the ban, I was informed that it did not match any Grindr account information. This is perplexing, as I have been a subscriber and have even provided screenshots of my previous subscription receipts as proof.To make matters worse, when attempting to create a new account, it is instantly banned without any valid reason. This has left me frustrated and without the ability to utilize the app's services.I expected better customer support and a fair assessment of my situation, especially considering I have not violated any of their community guidelines. It is disheartening to see my trust in Grindr shattered due to their unjust actions.I urge Grindr's team to thoroughly investigate these issues and rectify the situation promptly.
