I love Udemy coz we can learn so much from professionals who are in the other side of the world. But I wish you could put albums in My Learning tab. It is nice to have my courses sorted out by customized album like Finance, Music, Fitness, etc., not just in 1 list. Hope you could have it soon. App goes crazy sometimes

Biggest issue: I use this app to download courses so I could watch them as a refresher. I have only bought 1 course and download half of the sections. After the latest update, the sections suddenly disappeared with some part in the wrong sections. I am not sure what happened, I can’t find the 2GB worth of content I downloaded although my phone storage stays the same. I checked the website but the course is still available, all of its parts. Now I’m sure the fix is to reinstall the app and download the videos again. If you’re data is limited, you’d suffer. Small issue: The app seem to not handle playback well. When I play a downloaded video and go back to home screen via home button (to check another app when there’s a chat, for example) and go back to watching the video, the video would suddenly quit and show error that there’s some problem with storage capacity (even when my phone still has ~15GB available.)
Could not even fix a bug they had a year ago

Downloaded this a year ago, i purchased a few course, one of the course they double charged me for it because of a bug in their app and then wont refund me. At the time of purchase, Apple only emailed me once about the purchase so i thought all was good. But when i got my credit card billing about 20+ days after the purchase i saw i was charged twice. I complained but was given a firm no since it was already past their refund policy. Imagine how many cases like this has happened? A year ago, lectures i have downloaded offline would stop playing and i have to redownload it again... now after many updates, it still has that same bug a year ago.

Can’t play videos over wifi

I’m using iphone xs and can’t play my purchased courses whenever using wifi. I tried it using my cellular data and was able to play the videos. Also tried downloading it also but can’t download as well over wifi. Please fix this asap.
