UNSTABLE APP AND POOR SUPPORT

The app frequently crashes and often logs me out, making it hard to use consistently. The AI meal scanner feature doesn’t work as intended, it’s either inaccurate or not helpful at all. Weekly check-ins from Coach Alicce don’t provide any real value or support. On top of that, the community Facebook group, which is supposed to encourage discussion, is poorly managed. Users trying to raise concerns are just told to “submit a ticket,” which defeats the purpose of having an open group in the first place.
