Hi developers good job in making this game. Its really cools and fun. If theres one thing i could add, i would like to suggest if possible add as an option for R5 to be able to re arrange the. Bases or HQs of the alliance members. Doing so will make the Hive stronger and better at coordination. Or just the season 2 building who are not in order, scattered. Thanks

I honestly enjoy the game. There are a lot of events and rewards that hooks you up and I actually ends up playing everyday and most of the time. I really like this game and it’s never really boring. I don’t really know if others will agree with me on this one, but it actually makes me uneasy and uncomfortable with the some of the woman character design, though I like the new character Chinatsu because of it’s design. However other character’s design shows revealing clothes, large breast that are even bouncing. That is all that I am complaining about. I hope the game makers will consider making these character’s clothes right. I hope we all stop sexualizing woman because it’s disgusting. But overall I like this game.

I purchased a character in the game and the payment was successfully debited from my account, but the character never appeared in my inventory. I waited in case it was just a delay, but nothing changed.I contacted customer support right away and provided the transaction details, but I haven’t received any response at all. It’s really disappointing because this involves real money, and there’s no way to resolve the issue without support.I enjoy the game itself, but situations like this make it hard to trust making in-app purchases again. I hope the developers improve their support system and fix purchase issues faster, because players shouldn’t have to chase refunds or missing items on their own.

I am new to this game. Been playing for less than two weeks. And I’ve purchased for two different packs they have inside the game… and recently, I noticed I was being charged for another different packs that I didn’t even click. Not once, not even twice. But THRICE. So of course, I’ve submitted a refund request and luckily, apple accepted it. But guess what, after processing the refund, I can no longer play the game because there’s a notice that there was an anomaly notice slash refund happened and I lost some credit scores. And there were only two options: 1. Contact Support and 2. Recharge (to take back my credit score in game and to continue playing) and it was asking for more than the refund amount–like what the actual big F.
