I’ve been using Heygen for my work, for quite some time using laptop, but when I tried it on my ipad, I am having a hard time navigating it because it still needs to be viewed on desktop site, and also the app only has mobile view. It doesn’t convert to desktop viewing, which is a nuisance. Another thing is, when I export my videos, and reviewing them, there were times that some scenes are having errors, like videos not fitting into the frame. But when I tried to edit them, there are no errors, but still shows the same error even after editing. Additionally, editing on ipad doesn’t work. I cannot move things around. It seems like after putting elements on the scenes, they’re unmovable, which is frustrating. Please fix them. It’s a great and easy to use tool, but sometimes it’s stressing me when things aren’t working properly.

Cool premise for videos generated by Ai. Either my iPhone 14pro max isn’t compatible or the app still needs a lot of improvement. Paid for a month, canceled it in one day. When you generate vids the app glitches. 3/3 times. When I tried to view the video I asked for it glitched. I almost couldn’t shut down my phone because the app kept opening and kept trying to do an action.
