* Improved the shadowing statistics heatmap levels to distinguish different amounts of practice more clearly

* Added an English accent option: when your native or learning language is English, choose American (default) or British
* AI phonetic transcriptions and English speech playback now follow the selected accent; British English uses a dedicated British voice
