Subscription and Payment Rules:

The subscription function is only to improve the user experience of the APP. It does not affect the normal use of the APP whether you subscribe or not.
2. Subscription Benefits
With a Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro subscription, you can:
- After purchasing Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro, you can watch any episode without limit.
- Ad-free: After unlocking, except for incentive ads, other types of ads will no longer be displayed.
- 1080P resolution: Video playback supports selecting 1080P resolution.
3. About automatic renewal
- Subscription will be automatically renewed 24 hours before the valid period. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time. There is no refund when the renewal is successful.
- If your payment method cannot be charged, your subscription may not renew. The payment may be retried in accordance with the applicable billing policy. If a retry is successful, you will be charged the applicable renewal price for the subscription period disclosed to you.
4. How to cancel the subscription
- Open StoryReel and click on the avatar in the top right corner.
- Click on "Payment and Subscription" and then click on "Subscription".
- Select your StoryReel subscription.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription".

I was having a problem at first with the subscription, but they responded asap and fixed it

Very disappointing and misleading experience! The stories are so short, and every episode leaves you hanging, making you want to watch the next one. The app advertised “Unlock 20 episodes for ₱129,” so I expected to watch 20 episodes after paying once. However, after only 3 episodes, another ₱129 payment prompt appeared! I kept paying because I thought I needed to unlock the next episodes, and I ended up being charged over ₱1,000. This is ridiculous! The episodes are already too short, the story feels incomplete, and having to pay repeatedly just to continue watching makes the experience even worse. I regret spending my money on this app and I hope Apple pay will refund my money. I hope the developers explain these charges and refund the unintended purchases. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.

How to contact the Customer Support or team admin/management of this app?! I didn’t and have never clicked on your app and purchased on August 18,2026 but how come you still deducted me an amount on my account?! I never did any subscriptions and have never allowed any form of auto-debit when I visited your app dated June 20, 2026 and August 14, 2026. Good thing I was able to request a refund from Apple and it was approved. But please don’t try to make some hidden tricks!!! I’m not sure how you were able to do an auto-debit without authorization or consent from the account holder?!!! Others, please be aware and be mindful of this sketchy trick!!!

I subscribed to watch the full stories, but I was very disappointed. To my surprise, most of the stories are not actually complete and don’t have proper endings. I kept browsing, hoping to find finished stories, but many of them had the same issue.I also tried to find a way to contact customer support or chat with a live agent regarding my concern, but there doesn’t seem to be any option available in the app.Because the content I paid for is incomplete and there is no accessible customer support, I would like to request a refund.
