Bad customer support and not compatible

I was traveling to Europe via Turkey , I bought Turkey package first but when I tried to activate it’s not actives (different errors) I tried to contact customer support they asked for 24 hrs time for respond (I was there only for 12 hours), later they just replied the same text as app had, I tried and tried )on return way as well but same errors…. They are just making money without a good services….. not recommended ….. for Europe package it wasn’t able to open that country as well (with Europe)… complicated😟Later on 27 September,22 Mr. Ali is contacted me for supports and offer the replacement for the package and introduce other services to me (number) and coverts my package to an other product… (let’s see for the best)…. Hope so numero has been upgrading services..👍🏻 best of luck🙂 thanks Ali 😊

I encountered an issue in which my account was charged for an international number service; however, I did not receive any number through the application. Subsequently, I contacted customer support and provided all relevant documentation. The support team was responsive and within 24 hours, I received my number reinstated in the application. The customer service I experienced was exceptional, and I am highly satisfied with the overall service. Consequently, I will continue my subscription, as their services have proven to be outstanding.
