I’m extremely disappointed with WhatsApp Business on iPhone. Every time there's a new iOS update or even a WhatsApp update, the app crashes and becomes completely unusable. Despite trying everything—restarting the phone, updating the app, checking storage, and even contacting support—the only temporary fix is to delete and reinstall the app. This is not a real solution, especially when all my business contacts, messages, and crucial client communications are in the app.As someone who relies heavily on WhatsApp Business for daily operations, this is a major disruption and causes significant data loss and stress. It’s frustrating that such a critical issue hasn’t been resolved across multiple updates. I urge WhatsApp to take this seriously and offer a reliable fix, or at least provide a way to recover and preserve business data without going through a reinstall every time.This issue has gone on too long—it’s time for a permanent solution.

Hello Team whatsapp, it’s a really great app and I am using it for a very long time. The only reason I rated it FOUR STARS is that I am not getting the same songs for whatsapp business statuses as Original Whatsapp. I request you to add the same things as the Other Whatsapp app and the my rating will be Five❤️Edit: You are close to five with the latest update, as I am now able to copy and apply the exact song from other people’s statuses which were not available on WhatsApp Business but were On WhatsApp Original. The only thing that’s holding me back from giving five stars is that I am still unable to search for the exact needed(Almost Indian and Pakistani and many other) songs from the Search bar in WhatsApp Business which is not an issue at all in Whatsapp Original.
