I’ve got banned for no apparent reason and it’s so frustrating. I’ve always admired this app and now I’m like hating it so much cause I tried every possible way to fix or creat another account through another number and even on another device and yet I’m unable to get through. It’s an utter torture. Next time you ban someone, you must at least give them a reason through official email and a chance to fix it. So disappointed.

Whenever I try to send message to anyone, my messages are neither sent not received. Please fix this. Also network problems arrive everytime even tho my wifi signals are proper. KINDLY FIX ITTTTTT

I’m not able to make an account since 2 weeks and not even able to login. Whenever I try to register it says authorisation failed.
