Hey supercell, I have a problem while opening the game. The loading won’t finish. It gets stuck in the starting every time and when I wait the game automatically closes by itself. There is no WiFi problem, I’m sure,I’ve checked. Please fix this for me as my war has started and my attacks r left. And also I’ve tried restarting my device but that doesn’t work. And deleting and downloading the game back but nothing is working so please help me! My account is an Apple one.i am named by Chris Jericho in Pakistani Chmps clan and am co leader, town hall is 9, just new and I have a lot of things to upgrade and stuff, so please fix this problem as soon as possible!

Dear Supercell. After 6 years of hard work on my main id , Sultan Ismail with tag : #89RUYYCV0 was going to town hall 13. To finish the upgrade before cwl i was collecting gems to gem the upgrade. When i went offline yesterday, i had 517 gems and just half an hour latr upon returning i had only 380 gems. My progress was effected badly by this. Later on , today, my id had 17 million gold(14 million in storages + 3 million from end of season loot) and just a little time later i notice it has been decreased to only 13-14 million gold. I was saving gold to get scattershot but now i have to wait to upgrade gold storage. The main issue is that how this defect was taking place. I notice that none of my buildings were bieng upgraded and nor walls and during the time period of drop of 3 million plus gold i was raided only once which lost me a total of 1 million gold. 2 million gold had vanished into thin air! First i lost 100 plus gems and now 2 million gold which would be of great use on a new town hall. As i have been playing your game since 6 years its such a pain to see such events take place which destroy the repute of the game for me. I fear my id might be hacked or maybe its just a glitch. Im confused and mad at the same time. I request that you help me as soon as possible. I want, just to be safe, that the supercell id connected with that main id of mine should be changed just to be on the safer side. Also i tried to complain in the help and support section but i was totally unable to do so and the OTTO bot was unable to understand my problem from anywhere. In my past 6 years , this is the first and the worst bad experience ive ever had. I hope you will look into the matter.

Kindly notify the players before updating because sometimes we are in the middle of a war and maintenance starts, or an update is required, without even knowing when we open the game it shows the update notification without which you can’t open the game, so kindly give us atleast a day for updating, and then bring up the notifications so that we can finish our attacks, builder etc, the notification comes out of nowhere, so kindly give us atleast a day time to update instead of making it compulsory before opening the game.

• Builder Base Gets a Second Builder: B.O.T.O is eager to help with Builder Base upgrades and unlocks after getting all Builder’s Huts in Home Village.
• A Hero Arrives Early: Barbarian King now unlocks at Town Hall 4 instead of Town Hall 7.
• Gold Pass Improvements: Consecutive buyers of Gold Pass get additional task cards as a loyalty reward, and players who get Gold Pass after finishing the track no longer miss out on bonus points.
