Hi! Are you planning to add a widget with cards? It would definitely improve experience, cause now it’s annoying to open app and search for the specific card just before a payment.

The way it works is much worse for me than the competition. Klarna does not show the customer what limit is available for purchases, so every time I want to make a purchase with it, I am not sure if it will end positively (I waste my time unnecessarily). The second annoying thing - the virtual cards option (very interesting and useful), but only works after verification via facebook - which when I don't have an account on this portal, there is no other authentication option. I have an account, but I get an error message every time I try to verify. To sum up, the possibilities are very nice, but the predictability and convenience of use on a tragic level, worse than in PayPo or Twisto. Unfortunately, contact with customer service did not help much, their lack of willingness to investigate the problem and look for a solution. I will quit for now.

There is no support from Klarna team. I have added my credit card details to pay for two purchases I made using Klarna. Unfortunately when I wanted to pay at due date, payment from application was possible only through bank transfers and BLIK. No credit card.I tried to contact Klarna but only AI assistant is available. When I tried to switch to real consultant (it is no easy), the waiting time was incredibly long. So I gave up. Luckily I have discovered that payment from credit card is possible via Web browser - so I did but few days after due date.Now I am blocked at Klarna - probably beacuse of the late payment…Good luck Klarna and your users !

I made an account fully intending to use it and pay back but I wasn’t able to make any purchase they keep giving me an error that’s consistent I have outstanding debt and was even my first time using it ! I’ve spent more time researching how to fix than they have helped me ! This is a truly sad things to go through ! they have been unsupportive the customer is bad they don’t reply to the questions asked all the things they suggested I had already done I’m super unhappy with my usage on this app ! Wouldn’t Recommend for the stress
