Overall UX is great, what is missing is ability to start in Chart view instead of Watchlist. I open this app hundreds of times a day and each time I need to manually switch to Charts. Please make our life easier.

Worse UI on larger iPhone
Kasztanor
I’ve just changed my phone from iPhone 13mini to iPhone 15 and tools menu is much worse on the larger screen, with less tools visible, on smaller screen I see 9 buttons, now 5 or 6. Why are you doing this? Why can’t I sort favorite tools the way I want and they have to be categorized? I want fast access. Example: I use rectangle tool all the time, but it’s at the bottom, not visible on screen so it requires a lot of swiping to get to it. On iPhone 13mini I just see it at the first place. I don’t use toolbar because it’s too big on mobile. I use a lot of tools on desktop, but don’t need all on the phone. Mobile favorites should be separated from the desktop so I can have a smaller set. And, for God’s sake, remove categorization in favorites in the tools menu, allow custom sorting and add a possibility of hiding the „show favorites on Chart” switch, it takes a lot of space.
Developer Response
Hello! The chart interface was changed so it can have more space and be more clear. To quickly access a drawing, you can add it to favorites by long pressing the necessary drawing in the list. You can also enable the "Show favorites on Chart" option to access your favorite tools without opening the Drawings menu. We've forwarded your feedback to our development team, thank you very much!
Another glitch after a glitch
Mr~B
No I have not sent a „ticket” bcs you ppl dont care anyways, Why dont you recreate de problem on mobile vs iPad and see yrself, too careless to do even that? No, sending your customer base to write useless Tickets doesnt solve the problem, youre just building an impression sth is done here. What a useless company OMG——Another glitch after a glitch —-Update after update Why cant you properly synchronize alerts between phone and tablet - apps keep loosing the alerts, keep alerting at different price levels btw phone & tablet, why do we have to update every time to receive a new bunch of alert errors. The phone gets an update the tablet doesn’t and they don’t sync anymore. Most used feature of this whole TV bs doesn’t work What an utter mess, will gladly switch to competition and pay any money to avoid this mess. —— App keeps logging me out every 5 mins if unused, why cant ya finally do something that works….??
Developer Response
Have you already sent a ticket to our Support team? Did you get any response? If not - please, send us a ticket, you can find a "Help Center" button on a "Menu" screen. We kindly ask you to start your ticket as "The problem is redirected from AppStore" and choose the category "Mobile apps". Thank you!
No trading, just drawing

Well, it would be great if I could actually trade using my iPad. Unfortunately, my broker (Eightcap) is not on the list, so I can’t connect with it. I can trade from my phone and desktop, but not on my iPad. Such a shame. I saw a comment from 2 years ago stating that it was "currently" impossible. It's June 2024, and it’s still impossible. Also, I wish there was a way to draw straight horizontal trend lines. In the desktop version, the line is perfectly straight if we hold Shift. On the iPad, it should be straight when we hold one finger on the screen.
Developer Response
Thank you for your feedback! We've introduced some of the supported brokers in our app with one of our latest updates, and there are more to come. We've forwarded your feedback to our developers, thank you!
We're constantly improving the app. In this update, we've added Forward curve for futures to the Overview section of the symbol screen.
