Only works on people who have veins on the surface that can be seen with the naked eye, making the veins enhance a little more, but it is something that with the monochrome camera does almost the same effect.If you try on people with veins that are not seen with the naked eye you can not see anything with the application, this is a good scheme for me to go get money for those who suffer, surely they will never get medical approval.I tried with an iPhone 5c with the version of iOS 10.2 as recommended, before installing I sent a message on the site asking if the iPhone 5c would have any impediment to working correctly but I did not have an answerIn short I lost my time and half money, so I share with you my bad experience, in the sense that others do not go through my bad experience.I regret that it is a new doctor to put this on the market if it does not work, it is a shame for the class it representsPaulo

Hi, Paulo! Please try holding the phone *farther* away (10-20 cm), turn on the flashlight (using the button in the bottom left), and adjust the contrast up slowly until you just start to see veins (most of the time, this is with the slider about 1/4 of the way from the left hand side). If you're still having trouble after that, email us: veinseek@gmail.com. If you find that taking these steps works for you, we would very much appreciate it if you took the time to update your App Store review! Thank you!Also, from reading your review, it sounds like we missed an email from you about the iPhone 5c, which works with VeinSeek Pro just fine! I'm sorry that we didn't respond in a timely way.
