listen, Hoyo.. your game is great and i love it. but the thing is that whenever there is a special even you give us the bare minimum. example its Genshin Impacts 5th year anniversary and what do you give your players? 10,000 mora, 10 aquatinted fates, 5 resin and 300 primos. for a 5 year anniversary thats what you give us players? you guys are a billion dollar company and i repeat BILLION dollar company, why cant you give us just at least 1000 primos or something? ik it might be too much but its your 5th year anniversary and you gotta make it special for the people who have been playing ever since it came out. pls give us better rewards for events and birthdays then maybe some ppl wont be so triggered.

Hello hoyo,,This game is wonderful, and I cannot do it justice in words. I certainly know that you continue to make your efforts to develop it and make it better in every update for the sake of the players, and I certainly fully appreciate your efforts because there is nothing wrong with the game, it is enjoyable in every way, and no one can feel bored when playing it. You cared about the players to the extent that you provided languages other than Chinese, Japanese, and English in the game, but the simple problem that I would like to say is that there are thousands of Arab players who play Gunshin Impact, but why is this language not available in the game? I do not suggest that you make the characters' voices in Arabic, but rather I suggest that you make the translation in Arabic. Even when I try to write my language, the letters become reversed, and this is a sad thing. A fun and famous game like this one I cannot enjoy to the fullest, so I hope you will take my comment into consideration and add the Arabic language to the game so that Arab players can benefit and enjoy as well. This will make communicating the story easier for us. Thank you for your support❤️

Y’all really care about the rewards and whatever, just can’t be great full that this game is free to download?!I literally tried to make a game before, the storyline, the characters, the quests, the story of every single character, the sound effects and so much more, It ended up leaving my computer in 3 minutes!did you actually try to make a game before? I literally didn’t see a game like Genshin before, I don’t know a lot about other games but, in Genshin impact… you can fight, you can do quests, you can rank up, you can cook, you can fish, you can pull for characters to fight beside you, all this and still hating on them only because they gave you 10 fates as a reward?! you guys literally ignored how much primo gems you can take for only doing your quests??You also take primo gems for opening chests all around your map, you can take fates from ascending your characters, you can take primo gems for complete domains, you can get primo gems and fates for ranking up as well… I literally skipped a lot of other ways to get primo gems and fates… If they gave you 10k primo gems as a reward, you won’t have to work to get your characters am I wrong? Ik this was too long xd.

This is genuinely one of the most miserable games I’ve ever wasted my time on. Genshin Impact eats storage like it’s starving — every update makes it worse, and for what? More filler, more grind, more stress. I had to delete other apps just to keep this thing installed, and even then it still wasn’t worth it.The game is exhausting. It doesn’t respect your time at all. Daily chores, resin limits, endless grinding, and constant limited-time events that make you feel guilty if you miss a day. It feels less like a game and more like an obligation. I logged in to relax and logged out annoyed or upset. A game should not be stressful enough to make someone cry, but this one somehow manages that.The gacha system is awful. You can grind for weeks and still get absolutely nothing. It’s pure luck and it clearly wants you to give up and spend money. It’s frustrating, demoralizing, and honestly predatory. Skill barely matters when progress is locked behind RNG or paywalls.Combat gets repetitive, enemies turn into damage sponges, and difficulty spikes feel cheap instead of challenging. If you don’t have the “right” characters, good luck. Co-op barely helps and feels half-baked.People say it’s a “relaxing open-world game” — that’s a lie. It’s bloated, time-consuming, emotionally draining, and constantly pressures you to keep up or fall behind. Pretty visuals don’t save it.Worst part is how much potential it had. Instead of being fun, it’s stressful, manipulative, and exhausting. Not worth the storage, not worth the time, and definitely not worth the frustration. I regret installing it.
