Apple Watch app is a must

OK, I have managed to overcome the frustration of being forced to switch from Stocard to Klarna.But the frustration got immediately back as soon as I saw that there is no version of this app for Apple Watch. Stocard had it and I have used exclusively Apple Watch to present my fidelity cards using Stocard for Apple Watch while shopping. I was expecting to be able to do the same using Klarna. You should take this into consideration.

Mandatory but inefficient app

I was forced to switch from Stocard to Klarna, otherwise I could no longer see my cards. I went from a simple app where I could quickly access my store cards to one that constantly asks me to complete various actions, confirm things, etc. — exactly when I’m at the checkout in a store and need a card. This slows everything down and delays both finding the cards and making payments. Today it didn’t work at all in the store, so I lost money because of it. I will stop using it.

I’ve used for years Stocard until it has been bought by klarna and discontinued snd customers automatically migrated from the great app Stocard. In Stocard the process of using a card was effortless. Just opening the app and the app a was popping up the right card for you. In this one you have to scroll each time to the list. Compared with Stocard this is plain horrible. I’m considering taking the time to look for better alternatives and manually migrating all my cards there.
