I gave ReelShort a try because the ads kept popping up everywhere—and honestly, it’s kind of a mixed bag. Some of the stories are surprisingly entertaining and addictive, especially if you’re into drama-packed plots and cliffhangers. The acting is hit or miss, and the production value varies a lot from series to series. Also, the amount of ads or in-app purchases is a bit much.Overall, it’s a fun guilty pleasure if you’ve got time to kill, but it definitely feels like one of those apps that tries a little too hard to monetize your attention.

A good app with intuitive UI. There are a few options to obtain coins and watch episodes for free. If you have some patience it’s friendly even for users who don’t want to spend that much money. Overall there is enough content to watch and some of the dramas are pretty catchy and good to watch.

Absolutely disgraceful billing practices and customer service!.I paid for a VIP subscription that I could not properly access. Despite contacting ReelShort to complain and requesting cancellation, I was charged again, including another $18 on September 29.After multiple complaints, their customer support representative, Nicole, admitted that my subscription was linked to a website Guest Account rather than my regular app account.Instead of refunding me, they offered additional VIP access that I clearly did not want.I explicitly rejected that offer and demanded a full refund. Since then, my emails have been ignored, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK.It is outrageous that customers have to repeatedly chase this company to recover their money. I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank and escalate my complaint to consumer protection authorities.I strongly advise anyone considering this app to be extremely cautious about its billing practices and subscription management.An app should not make it this difficult to cancel a subscription, obtain customer support, or resolve a legitimate refund request.One star is one star too many. Completely unacceptable.

So I think everyone who did download this has the same experience, I do not know how others gave it a 4.9 ratio, but its a scam.Starting from the ads that say its free, no payment or login necessary, until you get the app and the first 11 episodes are free out of 70 something, after the 11'th you have to pay per episode, which summed up, costs more than a Netflix membership. I do not recommend this scheme at all. To bad I can not post the screenshots from the facebook and Instagram ads as well, where it clearly shows that is "free". They try to catch you with some ridiculous story line which gets you and then in order to know how it ends you have to pay.
