Resolve a crash happening when new discoveries are being added while actively in a discovery card.

We’ve improved support for iOS 27. Also, reaction labels are now displayed.

When imprinting your avatar, the active discovery sprite will now be imprinted. We’ve also updated the reactions feature and added reaction support to fun facts also. Plus, we’ve made some discovery optimizations and final tweaks to the Halloween event!

We’ve added the ability to shift blocks and inhabitants along the X and Y axes for more precise placement. Walls can now have a drip effect, and we’ve made various bug fixes to rooms. Please check our previous version for updates to the pipe block and rooms.

A new sanctuary block unlocks at level 25! The new pipe block lets you travel to another room in your sanctuary. We’ve also added auto weather support, new controls for light brightness and spread, and more blocks. We’ve made some bug fixes and optimizations too. And as usual, we are continuing our preparations for the upcoming Halloween event!

A new swim pose, more blocks and boats can now wear outfits too! Plus, we’re continuing groundwork for our upcoming Halloween event!

A new level 38 ability - Link! You can now configure the AUTO sky mode to use certain skies at certain hours of the day. Polaroids can now pin a spot in a sanctuary making it easy to share a favorite area with fellow Rangers. We’ve also been preparing the groundwork for the upcoming Halloween event!

We’ve made some minor improvements to letters and land purchasing, increased the maximum level of discoveries beyond 20, and added more blocks and skies to customize your world. We’ve also added more achievements to unlock, along with various bug fixes and performance optimizations.

Rangers can now unlock abilities as their connection with the Wild grows! These include abilities like sending letters to other Rangers, instantly growing inhabitants to full maturity, and setting trails for inhabitants to follow. We also added some quality-of-life improvements like making it easier to view your discovery details by just swiping through the discovery card and added more sanctuary mechanics like moving multiple blocks and inhabitants at once, stack blocks, and mirror mode. Plus more blocks, music, skies, and weather to bring your sanctuaries!

You can also adjust the roam speed of your inhabitants, rotate inhabitants and blocks in 45-degree increments, preview blocks before purchasing, and fences and beach chairs now have perspective configurations.

This update fixes growth paths for certain families and restores missing lineage details for some species. We’ve also made identification optimizations and added Sanctuary update logs, so you can see what your friends have been working on. You can now set a Sanctuary to be visible only to you, perfect for preparing a special Sanctuary for an event. Plus, various bug fixes and performance improvements.

In this update, we’ve increased the experience gained from each care tap, fixed several bugs, and improved performance. We're also gearing up for our first Halloween event! Send in in-app sprite requests for species you would love to see costumes on! Hope you’re all enjoying the game!

We're quickly building on top of 1.7.0 with this update. You can now view leaderboards, favorite your discoveries, gain more achievements and increase experience gained from learning about your discovery making your discoveries get to level 10 easier. You can also fine tune your public location setting and also set default privacy settings in Settings -> Privacy. Finally, you can switch any sanctuary to become the "main" where it'll become the sanctuary where Rangers land on first. Finally, fun facts and quizzes will receive over-the-air updates over the next 7 days. Once a species is migrated, fun facts and quiz questions will substantially improve. Every discovery levels up now. Find a species somewhere new, read its facts, watch its video, care for it — anything you do with that species raises its level, all the way to 20. Higher levels let its inhabitants grow further, and turn the discovery card itself into a shimmer at 15 and a hologram at 20. Your ranger level is the sum of it all, plus what you get up to in other rangers' worlds. There's a home-screen widget too: your own discoveries, your sanctuary behind them, and a fresh fun fact every day. We rebuilt a lot of the app around you. Profiles, species pages, discoveries and filters, and sanctuary land expansion have all been redesigned. There is also a new typeface and dark mode support! Plus new achievements to chase, including five for the branches of the tree of life you've collected.

This update brings a big expansion to Sanctuaries! Upgrade your boat into a Flying Boat and visit the worlds of your fellow Rangers. While you’re there, sign their guestbook or lend a hand by caring for their inhabitants. We’ve also added weekly quests, quick action controls for catching fast-moving critters, support for viewing common names alongside species, and improved fun facts to make learning about the life around you even more enjoyable. Premium blocks now have new animated effects, including spinning pinwheels and windmills, plus flowing rivers. Oh… and a mysterious console has appeared in Settings. We wonder what that’s for…

This update improves identification accuracy by allowing more shots per capture, giving our AI more details to work with. We’re also preparing a new Flying Boat upgrade that will let you visit other players’ Sanctuaries soon!

This update improves reporting, discovery accuracy, and sharing controls. Misidentification reports now show alternative suggestions from our AI, making corrections easier. You can now add Field Notes before identification to provide more context and improve accuracy. You can also adjust privacy settings for each capture directly from your Discovery view, giving you more control over how your discoveries are shared.

Thank you for an amazing first week and for helping Pixel Wild reach the top of the Best New Apps list! Throughout version 1.6, we’ll be rolling out quality-of-life improvements, starting with an easier way to communicate with our team through You → My Reports, available on both iOS and the web. We’ve also temporarily removed Community Maps while we improve privacy, but you can still explore your own discoveries and those shared by your friends. We have many more exciting updates planned and will continue shaping our roadmap based on your feedback.

Pixel Wild now supports offline mode, so you can continue exploring and recording your discoveries even without an internet connection.

We’ve added a fourth elevation level for flooring in Sanctuaries, along with lighting effects that make day and night transitions feel more dynamic and immersive.

Gento can now be found on every island, controls have been refined for a smoother experience, and you can now place as many inhabitants of the same species as you’d like after capturing them just once. We’ve also added new city-themed blocks for even more creative building options, a compass in the map view for easier navigation to community discoveries, improved video trimming, and various bug fixes and performance optimizations.
