This brand known as Jeeny as of today 7th June 2025 day Eid ul adha - i faced an accident and had to drop my car to Taqdeer and go back home despite having low amount in my Acc I had to book a cab to go home and I was searching for cab in all other app uber, bolt, Kareem etc all these were trying to get extra money because it's Eid but jeeny was the last app I had to look thru and the amount was not only fair it was lesser than I expected due to Eid but I got a cab for just 15SAR. And the driver was also very concerned about my situation he stopped and got snacks and refreshments for me. Keep going Jeeny, looking forward to travel more with you ❤️

تطبيق غير عادل ويحتاج تحسينات كثييرة مستحيل استخدمه اذا استمر على كذا بالاضافة الى ان الاسعار مب ارخص بكثير مقارنة بالتطبيقات الثانية. طلبت مشوار ووصلني السايق لنفس الوجهة بدون زيادة او نقص، بالاخير يطلع لي ان عندي مستحقات لازم ادفعها بسبب تغير مسار الرحلة ورحلة ثانية انتظرت لوقت طويل وطالع لي السايق في الطريق الى ان وصل لموقعي عالخريطة بعدها وصلتني رسالة انه اعتذر والغى الرحلة وطلع لي في البرنامج ان عندي مستحقات ٦ ريال ادفعها ومش انا اللي الغيت اصلًا!!! غير المشاوير اللي يطلع لي فيها سيارات كثر الرمل واذا طلبت ما في ولا سايق.The app isn’t fair and needs abundance of fixing and the prices aren’t that cheap as they claim compared to other apps. Once I ordered a driver and he drove exactly to the same destination till I reached but when I checked the app it appeared that there are dues I have to pay since as it claimed the distance changed?! Another ride I ordered, it was showing on the map that the driver is in the way to my location until he reached and I got a message that he is on the location but then suddenly I got another message that the DRIVER CANCELED the ride and when I checked the app it claimed that I have to pay 6SAR dues while the driver is the one who canceled!! And it also shows that a huge number of drivers near my location but when I order a ride none appears. At this rate, Im NEVER USING IT AGAIN

Bad costumer service and drivers behavior

The drivers in the app (not all) just don’t show up and after waiting for a long time you have to cancel and get charged! Even if I contact them they just don’t answer or tell me they will be 30 minutes late or they can’t come at all! Which is very bad especially if you have an appointment or you will be going to work I had a very bad experience with them not just once maybe that happened to me over 5 times!What makes it worst is that it’s very hard to contact the app I tried writing to them but I got no response I can’t even call them and you get charged because of the drivers behavior, Well I’m not going to wait 30 minutes or maybe more when it said he will be there in 7 minutes Also the driver called and said he had to go home and change the car because there was a problem with the other one, he could’ve called before and told me or canceled the ride at least. I don’t think I will be using this app again I would rather use and app that will contact me when I have a bad experience with one of the drivers or rides I feel like they don’t care about the costumer at all.

I been using the app for a month, usually i pay cash and it was good, just yesterday i run out of cash, so i was trying to pay tru my visa , booking went well until the driver called me and asked me to cancel the order because there was a mistake, I refused but the driver said it will only be cancelled after 15 minutes. (Idk if thats true) with that they deducted and hold my money from my bank already, hoping they will refund it right away, so i was forced to cancel my order and made another order, again they deducted. Almost coming a day I sent several tickets to complain the said order and I received no calls or refund from you guys? You are unfair, if you cant make this app work correctly shut it down. We don’t shovel money and offer to your app. I also believe u have your team to work for those tickets and look after the irregularities of your riders. We pay fairly so give us your good services. So bad i got to come here to tell u that.
