NBA deserves much better App

Update:It has been now more than a year that the App streaming quality is very poor when I’m in Saudi Arabia. It works fine in other countries. It’s a shame that NBA support haven’t been able to solve the problem until now, despite my multiple complaints and follow ups. Update:Since now a couple of months, the quality of streaming is consistently poor, even when forcing 1080p. I contacted support which are just promising fixes but nothing is happening. It’s a shame that such a great sport is associated with such a poor App.========= My previous review ===========Last year update made it very difficult to watch the highlights, very tricky to select the stream to watch, slower and not possible anymore to download the games. Over 1 year of updates, none of those issues were addressed. Also, the App had always the issue of not remembering where you were in the game, and it’s not something that is fixed until now. I don’t know how such a big organization is not able to make an App to the standards of Netflix or Prime Video.

This is the worst application you can watch matches in for two years and it does not work well why do you make an update to make it worse, and until now I cannot watch the matches in full screen why do I pay a subscription if the service is always bad I hope it is fixed before the start of the season at least 💔 I don’t want to watch Minecraft games
