ScanBizCards app users can also scan the ScanBizCards share code using the default camera app on their device and save it as a contact within the app. If a user does not currently have the ScanBizCards installed and scans the ScanBizCards share code, they are navigated to a webpage on their iPhone/iPad’s browser and can download contact info as a .vcf file and store it on their native address book.

I was elated to find this available in the AppStore. The app does it’s job to scan and repopulate important fields from photos of name cards taken. However it does not scan vertical or portrait designed name cards cards

Scanning Accuracy can be better. Shd maybe incorporate features like a drawing a scan box on some areas of the card where it is unclear for closer scrutiny. Also while the websync is good, feels a little slow even with a few cards on the wifi. I think backing up thru 3G will be tough. I wonder how it performs if I have hundred not to mention thousands of cards. Could take it a long while if the trial expereince is anything to go by. Also not quite sure if it takes incremental changes or does it need to do the entire collection every each time. Also which platforms takes precedence where changes are made? iphone, pc or web which overwrites which. Wish also if Scanbiz can give a local backup housekeeping instead instead of it being the cloud. It will be much faster besides saving some cost. Also concerned while I was tracking and trialing the software and comparing similar product. The price was revised from 4.99 to 5.99 to 6.99. All within a space of one and half months. I believe that was duration but the increases almost tipped me over to buy the other products whose price remained the same throughout. Just concerned prices should be raised so quickly in such span of time as does it mean Older customers will also be hit for the the new release. Not sure about that too as far as upgrades are concerned. It is something to be concerned about even though the icnreases are not that much but in terms of percenatge of the old price, it is quite steep.I will recommend it for now.Ron
Disappointing app paid version got features removed!

I was a big fan of this app because it was a rare app on the market that could support syncing with professional card scanner such as Dymo Card Scan. However they have suddenly decided to remove the sync features thus rendering this paid app totaly useless... also taking pictures of card give uneven and poor results...
App failed to open

After the recent update I cannot even open the app at all. I paid for this app and now it’s rendered useless. Pls get it fixed pronto.
